These Terms and Conditions apply to and regulate the provision of financial services via our Finhazi platform, a product of Finhazi Ltd. Finhazi in and of itself is not a financial services provider but an enabler of those that offer these services who must be validated by you the user. These Terms and Conditions constitute Finhazi's offer by way of our Finhazi platform and sets out the terms governing this Agreement.

Finhazi is a financial SaaS platform and BY ACCEPTING THIS ONLINE OFFER, A Finhazi ACCOUNT IS SET UP WITH YOUR SAVINGS GROUPS, MICROBANKS, AND COOPERATIVES and you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions. You authorize Finhazi to review your credit report by way of the Finhazi algorithms and you understand that this account may be subject to transaction fees and default fees where applicable and as defined by your saving group.

This platform enables you to gain visibility in your saving culture and introduces convenience in your access of savings.By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you have agreed to open a virtual wallet (hereinafter called “Wallet”) wherein all approved loan applications from your group shall be disbursed. You may also use your Wallet for certain payment services available on Finhazi, or you may use the same to cash-out to other platforms as integrated herein.

You will be asked to provide information (such as your date of birth and other details for your verification) when you onboard on this platform, as well as your current residential address, and/or any other KYC requirement as may be prescribed by your saving group from time to time, for the opening of an account. This information shall be used for verification purposes.

In order to ensure that we are able to provide communications to you electronically, you must notify us of any change in your email address and your mobile device number or other text message address by updating your profile on the Finhazi app.

Licensing & Usage

The platform is licensed to savings groups, microbanks, and cooperatives to enable them digitize their processes and run efficiently.

Support

Our support is available only to paid members via our support system. You will get access to our support system immediately after your saving group onboards you. Our support includes answering technical questions about features and assistance with reported bugs and issues. This support DOES NOT include customization or installation services. Most support threads will be handled in the GMT timezone; Monday to Friday from 09:00am to 9:00pm. We also take occasional leaves at public holidays and other such events during which support will be slower than usual.

Content

Images uploaded and used by individual groups, the logo images and background photos are provided and owned by the respective groups. They are not owned by Finhazi and can’t be used by us.

Refund Policy

Since Finhazi is offering non-tangible and irrevocable digital products, we do NOT issue refunds after a usage has started. If there is a problem with one of the digital products or if you experience any difficulty with access and usage, we will fix the problem.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.

Warranty

Finhazi.com products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Finhazi.com does not guarantee that it will work in all browsers, nor does Finhazi.com guarantee that our product and scripts will be functional with all versions of browsers. Finhazi.com does not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications.

Changes to this Terms of Service

Finhazi the product owner of Finhazi.com deserves the rights to update this Terms of Service at any time. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Terms of Service periodically and become aware of modifications.
